| Our customers are the most important part of our business. If you are ever dissatisfied with your order, for any reason, please return the product to us with an explanation of the problem. We will correct the problem to your satisfaction, no bones about it!
Because we do not use any additives or preservatives in our products, please remember to refrigerate (or freeze) your treats within one week of receipt (Be Mine Heart Sandwiches must be refrigerated immediately). When properly stored in a cool location, we guarantee a 3-month shelf life of our treats. We cannot assume responsibility for products not stored in a refrigerated climate. |
